We are heavily involved with single farm payment and environmental stewardship work, making applications, transferring entitlements and advising regarding cross compliance inspections.
Increasingly we have found that our landowning clients are based outside East Anglia and therefore require an agent to manage their day to day farming affairs at a local level. We actively manage a number of farms and estates on behalf of clients, giving them the benefits of land ownership without the need to be on-site on a regular basis.
