Trevor Musk
Chartered Surveyor
Commenced career as a Building Surveyor with Richard Pither & Co, Chartered Surveyors, Diss in 1983. In 1995 Trevor formed TDM Design, then moved to Miller Mitchell Chartered Surveyors in 1998. Joined Steggles Hughes Chartered Surveyors in 2001. Qualified as a Chartered Building Surveyor in 2004. Joined Durrants in Jan. 2008 as Head of Building Surveying & now heads up the Built Environment department.
Brian Belton
Director / Chartered Building Surveyor and Planner
Brian has a Masters Degree in Town & Country Planning & a Diploma in Building Surveying. He's a professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors & the Chartered Institute of Building, a Chartered Environmentalist & Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists & the Royal Town Planning Institute. Brian has over 35yrs experience in the renovation & repair of historic buildings in Norfolk & Suffolk.
Phil Glasse
Assistant Building Surveyor & Energy Assessor
Phil joined Durrants in 2006 & graduated from Reading University in 2011 with a BSc(Hons) in Building Surveying. He now intends to complete his APC to become a Chartered Building Surveyor with the RICS. He is a fully accredited member of NHER specialising in energy assessments for residential & commercial properties for re-sale, rental & new builds for building regulation purposes.
Roz Scott
Team Secretary
Roz moved to the area from London 11 years ago, having spent over 13 years in publishing with Penguin Books & Virgin Publishing, & before that on the advertising teams of the Daily Mail & the Guardian. Roz joined Durrants in 2011 & says she loves this part of the world and enjoys being part of a close knit team. Roz loves working in her garden & says she may not be a very good gardener, but she really loves digging!
