TYPES OF SURVEY

Building Survey / Pre-Contract Report

This survey is suitable for all residential properties and provides a comprehensive report on construction and condition. It can include budget costing for works and recommendations as to further investigations where appropriate (e.g. drainage reports or wiring tests).

This report will include photographs and sketch plans which are of benefit in identifying problem areas. The survey can be adapted by agreement to suit the client's individual needs, for example to comment on proposals for an extension. A valuation is not normally included but can be provided as an agreed extra. Contact us for a quote

RICS Homebuyer Report

This is a much more detailed inspection and report than the Market Valuation and is suitable for all residential properties, which are of conventional construction, in a reasonable condition and built within the last 50 years.

It is designed to concentrate upon matters that are urgent or significant.

The Homebuyers' service provides a concise and economic report. It also includes a market valuation and building insurance figure.
