Rental advice
We advise a range of landlords and tenants with regard to 1986 Agricultural Holdings Act tenancies and also the newer Farm Business Tenancies. We advise landowners who do not farm, of the various ways of continuing to derive an income from the land whether it be through a contract farm agreement or a Farm Business Tenancy.
Farm Sales
Durrants offer a range of advice for dispersal of farmland, buildings and livestock. We appraise the client’s assets and advise as to the best means of disposal to maximise asset values. With regard to both freehold and machinery sales we have a large database of potential purchasers and are able to couple this with national advertising to reach a wide market base.
