Due to the constantly changing properties, we have decided to make this a weekly update in an easy to digest summary format - just call if you would like more details about any rental property listed.
In circumstances where a landlord requires a more complete service Durrants will find a suitable tenant, take references, prepare the necessary agreements as previously described and prepare an inventory and schedule of condition of the property.
After this point the firm will act as agents for the Landlord, collecting rent, arranging for repairs to be carried out and carrying out regular inspections of the property.
Durrants are able to advise landlords on properties that would be suitable for letting purposes and the returns that could be expected.
