Brian Belton
Director / Head of Planning
Brian has a Masters Degree in Town & Country Planning & a Diploma in Building Surveying. He's a professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors & the Chartered Institute of Building, a Chartered Environmentalist & Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists & the Royal Town Planning Institute. Brian has over 35yrs experience in the renovation & repair of historic buildings in Norfolk & Suffolk.
Phil Glasse
Assistant Building Surveyor & Energy Assessor
Phil joined Durrants in 2006 & graduated from Reading University in 2011 with a BSc(Hons) in Building Surveying. He now intends to complete his APC to become a Chartered Building Surveyor with the RICS. He is a fully accredited member of NHER specialising in energy assessments for residential & commercial properties for re-sale, rental & new builds for building regulation purposes.
