The firm offers a range of managed and non-managed letting services. In the simplest form, Durrants will advertise the property, find a tenant, obtain references and prepare a tenancy agreement all subject to a one off fee.
In circumstances where a landlord requires a more complete service Durrants will find a suitable tenant, take references, prepare the necessary agreements as previously described and prepare an inventory and schedule of condition of the property.
If required the firm will act as agents for the Landlord, collecting rent, arranging for repairs to be carried out and carrying out regular inspections of the property.

Our team of chartered surveyors is always on hand to deal with practical problems which may occur from time to time with your rented property. We can easily obtain specialist advice on refurbishment, repairs and planning matters which may affect your property.
