Chartered Surveyor
Commenced career with Richard Pither and Co, Chartered Surveyors, Diss in 1983 as a Building Surveyor. In 1995 left to form TDM Design, moved to Miller Mitchell Chartered Surveyors of Gt Yarmouth in 1998. Joined Steggles Hughes Chartered Surveyors, Norwich in 2001, acquiring the business in 2005. Qualified as a Chartered Building Surveyor in 2004. Joined Durrants in January 2008 as Head of Building Surveying.
Phil Glasse
Assistant Building Surveyor & Energy Assessor
Phil joined Durrants in 2006 & graduated from Reading University in 2011 with a BSc(Hons) in Building Surveying. He now intends to complete his APC to become a Chartered Building Surveyor with the RICS. He is a fully accredited member of NHER specialising in energy assessments for residential & commercial properties for re-sale, rental & new builds for building regulation purposes.
